Cancellation and Refund Policy – Indiaz Travel | Car Rental Company

At Indiaz Travel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we have a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund policy in place. If you need to cancel your booking, we request you to inform us as early as possible via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled travel time will be eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount paid. For cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours, a 50% refund of the advance will be processed. Unfortunately, no refund will be applicable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the travel time or in case of a no-show.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that any third-party service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

This policy helps us maintain fairness for both customers and our team of professional drivers who reserve their time in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pet-Friendly Cabs
  1. Pet Types: Dogs and cats are primarily accommodated. Indiaz Travel reserves the right to accept or reject bookings for other pet types.
  2. Pet Notification: For pets other than dogs or cats, customers must notify Indiaz Travel at +91 (011) 49097676
  3. Safety Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring potentially dangerous pets are securely caged, safeguarding the driver’s safety.
  4. Control Requirement: Pets must be controlled at all times and prevented from entering the driver’s area to avoid accident risks.
  5. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Customers must maintain high hygiene standards for pets in the car. Additional cleaning fees apply if pets damage or soil the cab.
Cabs with Luggage Carrier
  1. Luggage Limitation: The driver has the discretion to limit the amount of luggage on the carrier.
  2. Loading Assistance: Drivers may assist in loading luggage but are not liable for any damage/loss during transit. Customers should ensure secure fastening of luggage.
  3. Interior Space Usage: Overloading the car’s interior with additional luggage on empty seats is prohibited.
Driver Language Preference
  1. Language Proficiency: Drivers will have basic, conversational proficiency in selected languages for trip-related and local interactions.
  2. Reading Limitation: Drivers may not be able to read in the chosen language; customers are responsible for translating written materials.
  3. Dispute Resolution: Drivers are not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and locals or authorities.
New Car Promise
  1. Vehicle Age: The provided vehicle will be newer than 2022.
  2. Damage Reporting: Customers should report any visible external or internal damage to the car to Indiaz Travel customer support at +91 (011) 49097676.
  3. Model Guarantee: There is no specific guarantee on the brand/model of the car, except for specific bookings like Innova and Innova Crysta.
Multiple Pick-up & Drop
  1. The charge for this special service covers only the driver’s time to accommodate additional pickups and drop-offs.
  2. If the kilometers travelled exceed your itinerary package kilometers, an additional charge will apply as per the extra kilometer rates.
  3. This service allows a maximum of 3 pickups and/or drop-offs, which can only be availed in the source or the destination city respectively.
  4. Pickups and drop-offs in cities enroute are not permitted.
