Driver Information

All our rental cars are provided with experienced and licensed drivers who hold valid Indian driving licenses. The minimum age requirement for drivers is 25 years, though for premium vehicles like the Innova Crysta or Fortuner, the age limit may be 30 years. Driver charges are generally included in the rental package unless specified otherwise. Drivers are available for a maximum of 10 hours per day, and any additional hours will incur extra charges. Clients will receive the driver’s name and contact number before the trip begins. On multi-day tours, the client is responsible for the driver’s food and accommodation unless pre-arranged in the package. Our drivers are well-trained in both customer service and local route knowledge to ensure a smooth journey. For safety and comfort, overnight driving is not encouraged unless prior consent is given. Any issues or complaints related to driver conduct should be reported to our customer support team immediately. Please note that the company is not responsible for any side agreements made between the client and driver outside the booked package.

Rental Time :
The rental time for our vehicles is calculated on a calendar day basis, typically starting from the time the car departs our garage until it returns. A standard rental duration includes 8 to 10 hours of service per day, and any usage beyond this period will be charged as overtime based on the type of vehicle rented. For outstation trips, rental time is counted on a per-day basis regardless of the number of hours used in a day. If the rental extends beyond the agreed schedule, additional day charges will apply. Early pick-up or late drop-off should be discussed in advance to avoid inconvenience. In case of delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our team will coordinate to ensure minimal disruption. Clients are advised to stick to the planned itinerary and schedule for a smooth and efficient experience.

In case of possible delays : 
In case of possible delays due to traffic, road conditions, weather disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances, we request clients to remain patient and cooperative. Our drivers are instructed to inform the customer and our office immediately if any delay is expected. While we strive to maintain punctuality, delays caused by factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of the company. We recommend keeping buffer time in your schedule, especially for airport transfers, business meetings, or time-sensitive travel plans. Clients are also encouraged to maintain clear communication with the driver for smooth coordination. In such situations, our support team remains available 24/7 to provide assistance and alternate solutions whenever possible.

Payment Terms and Security – Indiaz Travel | Car Rental Company

At Indiaz Travel, we believe in transparent and secure payment practices to ensure complete peace of mind for our customers. To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The balance payment can be made either before the start of the journey or as mutually agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept payments through multiple modes, including UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and cash for your convenience.

All transactions are secure and verified, and we do not store or misuse any customer payment information. A proper receipt or invoice is issued upon request for every transaction. In case of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) are processed as per our cancellation policy.

We ensure full transparency with no hidden charges—our pricing is clearly shared before the trip begins. For added security, our vehicles are GPS-enabled, and we maintain regular contact with our drivers to ensure customer safety throughout the journey.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Indiaz Travel | Car Rental Company

At Indiaz Travel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we have a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund policy in place. If you need to cancel your booking, we request you to inform us as early as possible via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled travel time will be eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount paid. For cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours, a 50% refund of the advance will be processed. Unfortunately, no refund will be applicable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the travel time or in case of a no-show.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that any third-party service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

This policy helps us maintain fairness for both customers and our team of professional drivers who reserve their time in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  1. Vehicle & Document Verification: Customers are advised to check the vehicle condition and verify driver credentials at the start of the trip.
  2. Delays Due to External Factors: Although we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. Your patience is appreciated in such situations.
  3. Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Indiaz Travel is not liable for any items left behind in the vehicle.
  4. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden. Violation may lead to trip cancellation without a refund.
  5. Vehicle Breakdown Support: In case of mechanical issues or breakdowns, we will promptly assist you and arrange an alternative vehicle if required.
  6. Driver Respect & Etiquette: Clients are requested to treat drivers with respect and maintain general decorum for a safe and comfortable travel experience.
  7. Policy Updates: Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before confirming a booking.
